Salmon Burgers

Salmon Burgers
My 6 year old doesn't care for salmon, so I made this dish and he ate it right up and asked for seconds!

2 cans salmon
2 egg whites slightly beaten
1/2 cup onion finely diced
1/2 cup green or red bell pepper, finely diced
1/2 cup homemade bread crumbs
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp dill
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp chili pepper

Drain and flake salmon
Combine all ingredients
Form into patties (6-8)
Grill or panfry in 1 tb olive oil till golden brown on each side
Serve on Toasted buns with lettuce and tomatoes
